Seun Adeleye is a business technologist with a passion for improving the quality and delivery of software solutions. He has a background in software engineering and has over 18 years of core industry experience in software solution development and delivery, financial technology consulting, program management, quality assurance, and support for enterprise financial technology solutions.

Before Joining Union Systems Limited in 2016, Seun worked with Neptune Software Ltd. (formerly Computer Systems Associate) as a senior software developer working extensively on the development of core banking applications and their supporting technologies and then as a senior implementation and client support consultant leading technical implementation projects for several financial institutions in Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Seun also worked with Osprey Zenith Consulting where he led the delivery of specialist software solutions for healthcare, and planned and executed several automation projects in regression and performance for institutions in the telecommunications, oil and gas, and financial sectors. He started his career in 2004 as a faculty with APTECH a foremost computer and IT training organization in Asia and Africa.

Seun holds an ACCP/BTEC qualification from APTECH/Edexcel UK, a mini-MBA from Tekedia and is certified by the Project Management Institute and Arcitura as a Cloud Technology Professional. He is a “People First” enthusiast.
