Currently, Hassana serves as the Head of Commercial Operations and Legal Services at Union Systems Limited, a leading technology company specializing in enterprise solutions for financial institutions. In this role, she oversees all legal and commercial operations, ensuring that the company navigates complex legal challenges while maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Before joining Union Systems Limited, Hassana was a Senior Associate at THTS Practice, where she led teams on high-stakes legal matters and provided strategic advice to clients across various sectors. Her time at THTS Practice also included over five years as a Legal Associate, where she honed her skills in dispute resolution and litigation.
