Favour Njoku is an accomplished lawyer with over nine years of experience in multiple areas of law including Data Privacy, Intellectual Property, Technology Law, Admiralty and Maritime Law, Commercial litigation, debt restructuring/defense, and Oil and Gas. She graduated from the Enugu State University of Science and Technology (ESUT) and began her legal career at Auxano Law, where she played a key role in recovering over N165 Million Naira in a litigated downstream oil and gas dispute at the Federal High Court in Lagos.

Favour's expertise was further honed during her time at the Law Firms of Abraham, Thompsons & Co (ATC), and Delphi Law Advisory (DLA) as a Senior Associate. She was instrumental in successfully recovering over $136 Million US Dollars as excess/unwarranted deductions arising from foreign loans and debts (Paris Club and London Club) on behalf of several State Governments.

She also played a crucial role in defending forfeiture proceedings of over $77 Million US Dollars involving Malabu Oil & Gas Ltd in respect of the OPL 245 transaction and led the successful defense of an $11 Million Dollars recovery suit in favor of a high-profile client in the maritime and admiralty industry against its creditor.

Favour currently heads the Commercial Operations and Legal Services Department at Union Systems Limited, Africa's leading financial software company. In this role, she manages the company’s commercial operations and legal activities, including contracts, software licensing, intellectual property protection, data privacy, and ISO compliance, and other related activities.

Apart from her professional accomplishments, Favour is an active member of Rotary International and is deeply committed to making a positive impact in her community and around the world through charitable giving and volunteer work. She is also passionate about capacity building and is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
